What this policy covers

The policy follows pages on lowframe.xyz and the letters that mailbox receives. A site we do not run sits outside this page.

What a letter may include

A letter can carry the sender's name, the sender's email address, a phone number when the sender chooses to add one, and the words the sender wrote. Leave out an identity-document number. Leave out payment-card details.

What these pages leave out

Opening the site does not create an account. The button starts an email on your own computer, so the server does not store a form. The pages do not set an advertising cookie. They do not set an analytics cookie. They do not load an advertising SDK, and they do not load an analytics SDK.

Cormorant Infant and Ysabeau

The type on these pages is Cormorant Infant and Ysabeau, fetched from Google Fonts. That fetch can carry an IP address. LOWFRAME LLC does not turn that address into an advertising profile.

Logs kept by the host

Whoever hosts the site may store a routine access line: an IP address, a browser type, a date, and the page that was opened. Those lines are not used here to profile anyone for advertising.

What the mailbox is for

A letter is read so we can answer it, match it to the company file, and keep the exchange that answer needs.

How long a letter remains

The mailbox holds a letter while the question still needs an answer. Write again from the same address if you want the copy we still have removed. A backup copy, or a copy a statute tells us to keep, goes when that duty ends.

Who else handles the letter

LOWFRAME LLC does not sell personal information. The host, the email service, and the font service each handle the technical data their job requires. A statute that demands disclosure is answered within what that statute asks.

Children

These pages are not a service for children under 13. Do not have a child send personal information to this mailbox.

Where the mail is read

The company mailing address is in Fairbanks, Alaska, United States. A letter may be read and kept in the United States. Area code 304 does not change that address and does not add a West Virginia office.
