LOWFRAME LLC

Terms of service

Date: 5 November 2026

Who

LOWFRAME LLC publishes these terms for 119 Antoinette Ave, Fairbanks, AK 99701, United States.

Acceptance

Using the site means you have read these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. You may still write to the address on the contact page.

What the pages are

The pages give the company record and six written notes. A note is not a price, not a contract to build, and not a verified performance record.

Permitted use

Read the pages to check the company record, and write through the contact page.

Uses that are not permitted

Do not present the pages as another company. Do not attempt to break into the site. Do not use the site to send spam. Do not describe the site as a source of official-partner status, guaranteed volume, or a way around review.

Intellectual property

The words and the low-frame mark belong to LOWFRAME LLC, except a passage that came from the sender's own letter. You may keep a copy for your own check of the record. Do not copy the whole site onto another domain without written consent.

Letters

You represent that you have the right to send what you send. Do not send an identity-document number or payment-card details.

No warranty

The pages are provided as they stand. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that a letter will be answered in a stated time, or that a search engine or an app store will produce a particular result.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, LOWFRAME LLC is not liable for indirect loss from use of the site or from being unable to use the site. These terms do not remove liability that the law does not allow to be removed.

Other services

The mail program, the font service, and the host have their own terms. This site does not warrant those services.

Governing law

The law of the State of Alaska, United States, without its conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes

The state courts of the Fourth Judicial District at Fairbanks, Alaska, or the United States District Court for the District of Alaska. The Fairbanks mailing address does not move the office to Anchorage. The Fairbanks North Star Borough is the local unit. It is not a county, and it is not a second court city.

Severability

If one term cannot be enforced, the other terms still stand.
